Company Description Kashif Zia and Co deals in selling garment machinery to garment factories in Pakistan. We import from china and sell in the local market. Role Description The job would require you to physically go to garment factories to meet with their lower and upper management to market our product and make sales. The job will be mostly field work. You will need to spend 2 weeks in the head office as part of your training after which you will be handed a list of garment factories. You will need to visit these factories to build a relationship with them and try to make sales. You will be spending 90 Percent of the time in garments factories and 10 Percent time in head office. Salary: First two months – 40,000. After that you will be given 50,000 and an extra 25,000 for Fuel for customer visits. Total: 75,000 Sales Commission 0.5 % commission will be given for sales done.
